设施显旧，早餐厅玻璃都很脏，严重影响食欲……说明对客区维护都不到位。正带小孩在泳池中玩水开心的拍照，一个服务员在泳池边招手喊：过来，过来一下。 我以为是过去提醒我注意安全，结果问我是不是酒店住客，我说是，并且告诉他房号，他拿出手机依旧说要告知姓名，登记查验。当时房卡被小孩拿去旁边上卫生间（喜来登泳池的卫生间必须刷房卡），我说等下给你看房卡。 这个事情让我们非常不舒服，非常影响住店心情。我还是万豪会员，订了两个晚上在酒店的。首先这个服务员非常没有礼貌，直接招手喊我们过去。其次我已经报了房号，还要什么查验？难道外面的游客会带一家孩子混进来游泳吗？ 这点酒店服务严重差评！优点是游泳池很大，不错，好玩，外面沙滩人不多。整体来说，酒店需要重视基本的礼貌服务，设施需要更新，做到旧而不破。

我第一次入住是从海口骑车环岛骑行赶到东澳镇的时候，搜索周边酒店跑到神州半岛喜来登酒店，住一晚后早晨起来发现酒店设施不错，然后从三亚坐动车又返回入住体验。酒店后就是美丽的海岸线，人比较少，旁边有美食街和购物超市，酒店绿化不错，停车就在树荫下。酒店的位置就在半岛靠海处，打车去神州高铁站也很方便，可以让酒店联系附近国道边的海鲜大排档来车接送，海鲜吃到你过瘾且价格亲民。美丽的海岸线可以游泳、坐摩托艇出海，落日晚霞很漂亮。福朋喜来登酒店，值得推荐。淡季价格很优惠。
