温泉、泳池设施不开放，也隐瞒不标明，甚至需要客人主动询问才回答。这样从一开始就建立在欺骗和谎言上的不对等关系，你还能指望之后享受得到什么优质服务吗？听我的，别住这里，别看它便宜，你会后悔的。

酒店很美就像在花园之中，有免费的游泳池和温泉池，不过是和小区里共用的，酒店是博物馆主题的，陈列的砗磲和珊瑚让人很惊喜，孩子都没见过呢么大的贝壳，房间多少有点味道，比较干净整洁，就是要注意防蚊虫，那蚊子还是比较猛的，早餐种类不多，勉强能果腹而已，酒店附近有个梁成椰子鸡大排档的椰子鸡很好吃

酒店房间够大，设施也较好。但和一个小区混在一起，所谓室外温泉，也是小区的，住宿客人去泡基本不具可操作性。
