艾美因为非诚勿扰已是徒有虚名了，设施陈旧实属正常，但最主要的还是服务人员的素质已然没有五星酒店的品质。早餐品种很少，很一般般。此次入住是为了度假，但整个酒店比预期差很多。海南五星酒店众多，以后再去度假是一定不会选择石梅湾艾美了。
