酒店可以，房间原本无剃须刀，向服务员要了个，一个收费15元，退房说房间原本就有一个，结果扣了两个的钱30元，难道你们说里边原先有金条退房也要顾客给你赔吗？谁的问题都分不清强加给客户不大合适，入住得首先让服务员检查检查房间内都有啥再入住
