酒店环境不错，但酒店硬件差，一台大屁股老电视还不能看，服务态度差，结算时多扣一瓶水钱，实则我没用，提出质疑时，服务人员仍回说我用了，总台也极不负责，要我自己去找服务员，无奈，我又重回房间，水如数都在，服务员说没看清，让人气愤，第一次没看清有情可愿提出质疑后仍坚持，实在让人难以理解，从房间从服务员到总台都如此不负责任，少见！！
