地理位置优越。距离青州市内主要景区，如博物馆、范公亭公园仅几百米距离。到偶园古街打车起步价5元。外观气派，停车位富裕，有室外和室内停车场。房间设施基本齐全、干净，宽敞，有热水器，免费咖啡、红茶和茉莉花茶等，提供免费WiFi。但没有冰箱。五楼有健身房和游泳池，游泳池水温28摄氏度。服务一流，员工训练有素，提供市区地图。早餐品种多。
