四星半的酒店，前台服务真的令人失望，入住等半天没人搭理，结账走人的时候前台一脸怨气，可能是我住两天发票水单分开开的原因，给她添麻烦了，一天的好心情全没了！

虽然是青州最好的酒店，但是真没有五星级的感觉，也不行，要两瓶水都不给，设施陈旧，室外温度高达32度，连空调都不开，室内温度高达28度，热死了！一点也不好，差评，这是我住过最差的五星级酒店
