位置比较偏出租车都不爱来，去海边也并不方便，说是高铁浴场店，实际离浴场和高铁站都不近，服务很一般，家庭房的赠水只有两瓶，还是在询问下才给的，而且答应了给之后一直到晚上都没有送来，儿童床没有床围，但却有粘条，把腿都蹭坏了，询问后得知就是没有，蹭坏了是你自己不小心整体颠覆了我以往对维也纳的认知，

酒店的卫生和设施都比较满意，床也很舒服。没什么景色，离海边走路要二十多分钟。
就是希望服务人员能够更贴心，多为顾客着想，给顾客提供方便。酒店的门口与住宿的房间有个大走廊，需要换个电梯才能到，最后一天了才发现，后面的电梯可以直接到停车场，酒店并没有给过任何提示。并且入住第一天就问过关于停车场的问题。

总体还不错，离海水浴场步行20分钟吧，唯一不足就是周边配套差点，没什么吃饭的地方。

应为订单中包含双早，可是到店告知没有双早，可是无法退订，前台给升级房型。其实就是居住面积大了两平米。如果没有早餐，为什么还要把含双早的订单挂出来。春节没早餐，就不要挂带早餐的订单。其他平台不带早餐的报价比我买的便宜40块钱。也是醉了。坑人。
