酒店很适合泡温泉，在房间里也可以泡，主要装修很新，比威海很多酒店都要好。服务也很好，

酒店比较新，卫生、环境都还可以…
早餐很差，无论是口感还是种类与房价不符，其次住店客人泡温泉一人一天仅限一次进入。那我住酒店的意义是什么？
晚餐二楼吃的，家常菜，无功无过。唯一一点就是上菜极慢并且红烧肉二次加工皮都煮老了…

儿童乐园水温有些冷，看护的家长时不时要往温泉跑，不然要被冻感冒，服务还可以，环境来讲算有意境

环境不错，但是总感觉管理跟不上，在前台确认餐厅的吃饭方式，去了餐厅就变成自助了，房间免费送了四瓶水，一瓶开盖了一瓶里面装着不明液体，最后也没给个解释，就又多送了两瓶和几个小孩玩具了事

打着温泉入户的名义，结果商务套房没有温泉。在威海的远郊地段，1200的房费理应性价比很高，但是房间是个斜角阁楼式的房间，也根本就不是什么套房，没有沙发客厅，就卧室洗手间，只是洗手间稍微大了一点，房间很闷，床上四件套也很不舒服。超五星的价格，三星的服务和感受。

主要为了带孩子去玩水上游乐设施，正月初六去的，那叫一个人多啊，关键是温泉那些更衣，服务员啥服务都行，就是温泉游乐游客人员混乱，没有管理人员或安全人员提醒孩子别跑，排队游玩啥的，挤成一团，第二天上午倒是人少！还有就是房间很高大上，但是空调不给力，说是水暖空调，不得不多要一床被子！自助餐跟这么高大上酒店档次不匹配，只能算一般般！

没有基本的服务意识，好多服务员目中无人，还见吼客户的。餐厅服务员眼见晚了可能怕耽误下班，急吼吼不耐心。
