久违的五星级礼遇，从进门开始，周到的服务带着真诚的笑容，冬日里一杯热茶、一条暖毛巾，大堂里的点滴感受到宾至如归的温馨。我们是家庭入住，网上没有家庭房，前台为我们免费升级了家庭房。房务中心的大姐正在做夜床，为我们提供了养生茶，缓解疲劳。原本老公和儿子要去游泳的，但自驾劳顿，只是参观了酒店的游泳馆。晚餐就吃的酒店自助，菜品全，服务好。早餐也很暖心。威海市容好，铂丽斯的家更好！---908房
