酒店的服务特别好，前台的服务人员小梁和小霞特别耐心细致，客房的大姐张海霞也特别热情好客，看我们带着孩子，为我们准备了婴儿床，小牙具，山东人民特别热情，下次还会来！

酒店服务很好，前台和大堂经理都很热情，帮忙拿行李，每天送水果和酸奶，还送了小朋友礼物，小朋友的拖鞋和牙刷。早餐也还不错，种类较多。就是酒店装修比较老了，不如旁边的酒店设施新，好在有个游泳池小朋友可以去玩，不远处有商场，海上公园打车2km，幸福门和刘公岛就远了。总体好评！
