感觉服务不用心，昨天晚上耳朵很痒想问前台要一个棉签，掏掏耳朵，前台只说这个房间不佩带，我想问诺大的一个酒店连和个棉签都吝啬吗？如果房间不配带，一个棉签几分钱都不能满足客人的需要吗？其实我不是小题大做我感觉要做服务就应该做好它。
