设施残破！服务上可！卫生极差！第一间房间里烟味很重，且被套上还留着头发，向总台反应后换了一间，这是我这次家庭旅游住的最差的宾馆！

房间很旧了，早就该装修了，不知什么原因至今还是老样子，房间顶子都脱皮了，有明显的漏水痕迹，算不上星级酒店了，只能算是快捷酒店，住了四天，床单被罩一次都没有换，可能是出于环保吧，

酒店较古老，但该有的东西一件不少，早餐居然有饭、小米粥…三天不重复，味道不错，说是观山房，实际上也能看到海，还能看到刘公岛，不错。

地段佳，周边商场林立，算是城市中心地带，离烧烤一条街戚家什么很近。酒店房间超大，设施该有的都有，就是偏老旧，床头有个开关总控，刚进来房间找半天没发现。前台工作人员较为冷淡，酒店所在大楼电梯不好操作，写着要刷门卡，实际不需要。此外，该店不能开增税专票，只有普票。

每个房间288元，押金每间付了100，三个房间一共300。第二天退房共退38元，由于送朋友上飞机赶时间先走了。押金的问题太恶略！！房间设施陈旧一些，住宿房间23楼，三间房门卡无效，都由保安开门。中央冷气只供应到10点就停了。实话实说，绝不掺假！！慎重入住！！
