1. 住了5个晚上，其中两个晚上没有热水，一直到第二天早上都没有热水，要求来修过，都是敷衍了事，说修好了，拔腿就走，打开龙头放了半天还是冷水！
2. 花洒坏了，水到处乱喷，每天服务员查房就没有一天更换一下，可能这就是常态！
3. 房间抽纸（面纸）用完了，盒子空了三天，服务员每天打扫查房也没有补充！
这个酒店靠近我家很近，我家就住在伴月湾小区，夏天专程来酒店了解情况，以备来了客人可以安排就近住宿。当时服务员告知是新酒店，就放心了，没想此次是如此体验，扫兴至极！再不会来住了！

性价比一般，入住时安马桶都是脏的、台面上面都是灰。除了房间大一些，其它的同商务酒店没什么区别。床大，有小孩的人比较合适。
