工作人员很热情，入住时正值冬日午后阳光明媚，请前台更换一个南向房，以便晒太阳，但同房型已无南向房，前台给免费升级成行政南向房，还送了果盘，很体贴，很照顾，很温暖。
酒店的早餐相当好，比普通五星酒店还要好，很赞！
特别指出，有一款当地特色的猪肉白菜馅的包子，薄薄的皮，满满当当香气四溢的馅儿，大赞！
酒店位置正对着香水河美景，令人心旷神怡。

到店已经是凌晨了，要表扬前台工作人员的态度好，帮忙协商了早餐，热情，由于快凌晨了，考虑休息的晚提示房间免打扰，并告诉了早餐最晚时间，很暖心。

文登区数一数二的五星级酒店，设施虽然不是很新，但服务非常好，特别是客服周主管，积极的帮忙协调工作，让人感觉到浓浓的胶东热情，温泉的前台女孩人也很好很热情，确实是五星级酒店的服务质量
酒店的卫生还是不错的，早餐也还不错，种类丰富，还有一些胶东小特色，总之，下次还会首选倪氏海泰！
