带外婆回老家看看，前台的小菇凉也很不错，免费升了级，房间卫生干净，服务态度很好，保安梁班长、于思胜、王洪臻、张利强都很不错，看我推八十多岁的外婆进出酒店都会帮忙推，以及帮忙搬行李，餐厅的林永红、毕可兰也很不错，每天早上推外婆去餐厅吃饭都会过来问外婆有啥需求，以及客房实习小女生，都会多给几瓶纯净水，不像一些评价说酒店不好，起码在我亲身经历中，觉得性价比还是不错的，不管哪个部门的服务人员都很和蔼可亲，唯一不足就是车子快停满24小时时就要出去再进来，希望这一点能有所改进

酒店服务态度一如既往的好，从前台到清洁人员。每天有赠送的水果和水，入住有小礼物。停车场保安的王洪臻和粱班长服务到位 积极帮助寻找车位 协助停车。微笑服务 非常满意 下次来还回继续入住这个酒店。已经成为来威海的必然选择。
