这次到威海，在百纳中心大酒店住了三天，印象很好。那天一到酒店门口，停车场的保安王洪真和于思胜两位的热情接待给人感觉太好了，让人感到他们俩的热情服务，更体现酒店的服务理念和服务质量，给人印象深刻。酒店的设施齐全，卫生良好，地理位置优越，早餐丰盛，很满意！

酒店地理位置就在乐天百货对面，出行方便。订了三间，问前台能否升级房间，前台态度很冷淡，但是房间打扫服务员每天会给每个房间写小纸条很暖心。海景房基本看不到海，被前面的威海卫大厦挡住了。
