酒店老酒店，房间设施装修过了，早餐也不错，百货大楼，华联商厦就在附近，购物很方便，客房冷主管非常热情周到，酒店还有免费水果赠送，挺不错，下次来威海还会选择入住这个酒店

酒店环境不错，购物也方便，服务也很好，特别是营销部付朝阳热情周到，非常亲切！早餐也比较丰富，还有免费的水果赠送，很不错，下次来威海还会选择这个酒店

洗澡洗到一半没水了，酒店提示没看到，就不能延时5分钟嘛，好歹凉水没停。服务还是可以的，20分钟后，送来好多水，大半夜的还是有点过意不去。点赞一下。

2015年我和同已入住过威海卫大厦
良好的体验让我们再次选择了威海卫
这次我们住在1515房间，前台的张彬彬热忱地接待了我们；而且在我们离店时还特意送了小甜点🍮。
房间服务员服务贴心细心温馨，得知孙子发烧，专门多送了两瓶水。西餐厅更是我孙子的最爱，那种文明温和温柔灵活，和餐厅的美味佳肴一样令人感到舒适愉悦，乐意沉浸其中。
在威海卫大厦电梯里常常遇到不认识的服务员，她们都是微笑😊谦让亲切如家人。
