春节期间前往拜访朋友长辈，因春节车多路堵，到达酒店时已经夜晚八点左右了，因为自行驾车并带着孩子，找了一圈才找到酒店，大家都很疲惫了，太太前往酒店大堂问停车场在哪里，结果酒店前台态度敷衍，不愿意出来具体告知停车场怎么走，也没有看到酒店的保安或者其他人出来指示怎么走，后来还是一位路人看不过去给我们指个路，否则孩子也要跟着我们一起被折腾，这样的酒店下次一定不会入住。前台服务态度实在太差，拉低了我对澄城的印象。
