网上定的房，到了前台说没有我定的标间，要换间没窗子的，我不同意，觉得有猫腻，果断打电话到艺龙投诉，在我坚持下，前台给了我定的房间。不规范。

澄城最好的酒店 价钱不便宜 设施中等 前台服务不好 客房服务到位 但是基础设施还是可以的 楼下就是超市 要想环境好点还是得选这个酒店 其他酒店不如这家好
