酒店环境还是很棒的..在我们入住前4个小时就打电话询问我对酒店的偏好..随后宾客主任-梁丽katherine就加了我的微信告知我已将房间按照我的偏好准备好..并且给我做了升级..不仅景观很好..整个房间也是我要求的比较干燥..同时还跟我推荐了文昌的游玩攻略..总之一切都很完美..期待下一次文昌之旅❤️

自驾游文昌，订了两晚豪庭海景房，入住房间后觉得景观有落差，向前台客服漂亮的lucky反映后马上查询房源，帮忙换到心仪的海景房，服务非常贴心。必须点赞。酒店的早餐很丰盛，配套设施齐全，周边有很多地方游玩，度假好地方。

住了二天。从五楼升级到七楼，严格讲应该是全湾景，前台办入住的服务员非常好，意料之外晚上的水果中还有二片我喜欢的饼干，我感觉这一盘远比下午茶好多了。早餐单薄了点。小朋友玩的东西比较多。
减分的地方是卫生间返臭了非常厉害，早上臭醒了。做房间的服务员也不错。
也许海外，有点小旧不旧的感觉。
