首先谢谢前台服务员的热情服务。br酒店前方是入海口，对面是东郊椰林。房间设施总体不错，如果再有一些改进就更好了，比如卫生间没有搭毛巾的毛巾杆和应急扶手，阳台上实在可以放置一个框架式的晾衣架，方便晾晒换洗衣服。br早餐还行，好像早餐厅没有开空调或是换气扇，有点热。br好评吧！值得入住。

一直信赖温德姆这个品牌，每次去海南文昌只住这家酒店^_^
无论是服务品质还是房间设计，无论是卫生还是餐饮，都让人倍感亲切舒适…下车时服务生主动帮助引导，并帮助提行李到房间；前台热情周到帮助升级了更棒的房间，面朝大海春暖花开～房间干净整齐，床品寝具毛巾浴袍柔软沁香，室温已帮忙提前调整好，完全不闷热。
此外小小的细节代表了一家酒店的态度，手工精油皂和浴盐带来更美好的沐浴体验，洗衣粉和针线包解除出门在外的燃眉之急～酒店里的每一位员工都和蔼可亲，令人感到宾至如归！
