酒店环境不错，空气很好。房间设施全，茶具,酒杯，火柴，小针线包，铅笔，便签等小物件方方面面都有考虑到。美中不足的是位置有点偏，如果不是自驾游的话，外出不太方便。

酒店很漂亮，服务好，干净卫生。温泉舒服，晚上有好多星星。有个湖可以喂鱼，很适合带孩子来。

十一黄金周人很多，感觉工作人员太少服务跟不上，最热情的是酒店的保洁大姨，很热心的帮忙打扫加床，说话也很亲切，但是一个貌似客房负责的年轻工作人员态度不佳，竟然当着我们的面呵斥保洁大姨不要浪费时间帮我们搬床，让我们自己搬，呵呵，难怪普遍反应客房服务不好，原来是小管理层的问题，收了钱就不让底下员工再浪费时间为客人服务了，对汤泊的好感迅速降低

入住办理时就说没有预定记录，打了艺龙电话后马上说有了。十二点半办理完入住，房间还没收拾，说要两点后，等吃完饭，两点了也还没收拾。前台及响应客房管理极差。
