住这家宾馆有种被骗的感觉，定的是358元的房间给我们的其实是288元。问服务员说，这两个房间的区别是房型大小的区别，我问大几个平方，她说不知道。实际上房间是一样大的21㎡。服务员说了老半天也说不出个所以然来。我们也就算了出来玩不想为这几十元破坏了心情。以后定宾馆要注意多个心眼。

酒店位置位于文成县城新区，离老城区有一公里多的距离，周边不够繁华，配套有待改善。酒店本身不错，房间整洁，卫生较好。酒店只有四层，每层房间较多。后面的歌厅晚上比较吵，过道上住客也比较吵闹，没人管。早餐比较一般。

很不错的一家酒店，地理位置比较适中，处于新区，周边不算繁华，晚上睡觉很安静！服务员的服务很热情，房间面积也挺大的！不足的是没有无线网，早餐也不是很丰富！值得入住！

酒店地处城外很悠闲，离城区不远，设施符合三星标准，房间内提供无线上网，早餐简单能吃饱，唯一不足是淋浴房地漏堵住。
