酒店去年才重新装修，不错有四星的感觉，如果早餐再上一个档次的话可以申请四星了。还有酒店前台经理很不错，帮了我很大的忙，谢谢

房间很久，墙壁的墙纸都已经斑驳，有很多地方已经翘起来了。
卫生间不是很干净，抽纸也没有。
服务态度一般。
与“文成最高档酒店”这个名称不匹配。

说是豪华间，真的不怎么样。一个县城的酒店淡季都要300多，里面比较旧。很普通。

据说此酒店是文成最高档的地方，但并不如意。卫生间水满金山无处下脚，300多一晚却没有无线网络，遗憾！

硬件方面应该可以算是准4星的了，但是服务水平什么的，都很差，前台的小姐说起话来，连我这个脾气这么好的人听了都一肚子火。得好好培训一下了。
