设施和条件相对于价位而言只能算应有的中规中矩的表现，没什么特别的。奇葩的是淋浴的花洒装在腰部高的位置，而且是不可调节的。房间有股淡淡的霉味，好像关了很久。床单躺上去之后，皮肤有种沙沙的感觉，好像床单表面有一层非常细微的颗粒或粉尘。洗脸台那边漱口的杯子看了一下，很像没有洗干净的样子。晾衣服的钢丝绳在浴缸上方很高的位置，使用起来极不方便。房间门正对着电梯，外面客人走路说话的声音清晰可闻。到店时差点没地方停车，最后挤在很偏僻的角落里。出了门，周边都是车流量很大的马路，没什么环境可言，门口的红灯，开车不熟悉很容易闯红灯逆行。听说阿外楼的餐饮在温州是有名的，可是酒店的自助餐品类虽然不少，但口味却很差，也没什么比较好的菜肴，都是些普通大路货。特别是早餐人非常多，拥挤吵闹连位置都找不到，也没有人引导安排。服务态度欠佳，碰到的所有服务人员没有一个主动问候的。退房的时候遇到前台处有人在投诉，服务员一副爱莫能助的情形，还以为是特例，没想到自己结账的经过也闹的很不愉快。从总体看，除了大厅还算气派可以撑撑面子，其他实际表现大概只值牌价60%的票价。网订酒店景点很多次，头一回差评发生在这个价位的酒店，挺郁闷。
