第二次入住了，深山老林里空气很好。车子遇到点问题请求酒店方帮助，却得到服务人员的直接拒绝，对此极不满意。人生地不熟只能求救于酒店，对高档度假酒店服务至上大为失望！雪中送碳会令顾客感激，能在顾客间口碑相传！对了早餐儿童还是要另买票。

入住近四千元一宿的别墅，出行麻烦，小区没有电瓶车接送全靠步行，累！卫生一般，8个房间，只有一个房间有内置卫生间，其他的全是公用。8个房间里面没有一瓶矿泉水，早晚连热水供应都不正常，整幢别墅没有一个挂衣架，洗好的衣服只能晾在室内栏杆扶手上。最糟糕的是，别墅连装潢都尚未完工，进出口、前院、阳台全是水泥地尚未铺上地砖，就接客出租！这样的状况实在令人不满意！性介比极低、坚决吐槽！

文成天鹅堡酒店环境挺好的，离滑雪场很近，步行几分钟就到了，房间也很大，非常安静，早餐也还可以，但只有两张早餐劵，孩子还得另付38元，这对于一家三口不太方便，总体比较满意。建议艺龙能推出亲子套餐，包含二大一小早餐，以及酒加景套餐，包含室内滑雪门票之类的，这样出行会有更多选择也更方便。
