酒店大堂有些老旧，但是酒店服务非常不错，前台小张帮我房间免费升级行政楼层，房间的消费均免，小葵还帮我房间赠送了免费水果，想去洞头逛逛，大堂经理小叶很热心的帮我咨询了来回的包车情况，并帮我订了车，非常感谢

前台小豪带我去看了房间，说可以免费升级到行政楼层，很不错，小奎帮我退房的时候快速开了发票，西餐厅的早餐和自助晚餐都挺好的，小张在我退房之后又积极的打电话给我反馈入住体验，全五星！

这是我第一次入住滨海大酒店，酒店离机场很近大概就十分钟的路程，前台服务员王奎服务很好。大堂副理袁小双很热情，入住时给我们端上茶水，介绍酒店设施情况，退房时积极询问意见，递上名片。我家就在附近，想看下订婚宴的情况，袁小双带我去餐饮预定看了一下婚宴菜单，但是觉得价格高了一点，再考虑一下吧。酒店整体比较满意，值得推荐
