非常好，就在景区里面，老板娘很热情，有欢迎水果，游玩回来以后还有红枣银耳汤。房间非常干净，床和家具都是真正的红木。我唯一发了朋友圈推荐的酒店。很不错

房间卫生，服务非常给力，老板娘很热情，家中老人都很满意。老板娘安排的雁荡山的接送服务的师傅也很热情，服务态度好！

订好票后老板娘会电话联系安排车子接到住宿的地方，入住时有送上水果，晚上也送了银耳羹，待客很热情呢。房间里都是木头的家具所以闻不到霉味，反而是木头的味道比较多。房间干净整洁。
地点就在大龙湫门口，游玩很方便，18：30以后检票的人就下班了哦

景色秀丽，被绿树围绕，雁湫小院的布置用心，服务真诚（熱情接待、介绍景点、嘘寒问暖），难怪旅客的评分很高，如果想远离城市喧嚣，这里是个不错的选择（在雁蕩三绝中大龙湫景区的商业气息不像在灵峰、灵岩景区如此之重，因此仍保有几分纯樸/清静）附近有少数餐厅可以用餐。
