住酒店几百次了，第一次遇到这种烂酒店，还四星？真像爆粗口！！！！上午入住，居然给开了一个还没打扫卫生的房价！一屋子的垃圾！临时换了一个房间，寒冬季节，竟然没有空调！！！！问了前台，说是下午三点才给开中央空调！又问了一下，竟然说是每天上午11点到下午三点都要关空调！真想号召全中国的人都知道一下温州国贸大酒店的特殊待遇！

很多年前经常住，印象深刻的是服务很好，像到了家里一样。这次的住宿体验太差劲了，感觉冷冰冰的，可以说没有服务，早餐品种太少了，记得原先是在一楼，很丰富。以后不会再住这家酒店了

带外宾过来住，体验不是很好，客房没有打扫就让上楼入住，影响客人的心情。其实可以让客人在楼下稍等一下，喝点水什么的。
