今天7月31号早上在前台退房间的时候遇到一位太不熟练的收银员，看我手上拿着一瓶矿泉水问我是在哪拿的？我就回他房间冰箱里面，他居然说是收费的，我就和他说冰箱里面饮料等商品都没有标注价格，他回我里面所有商品都是需要收费的，当时由于赶车没有和他说什么就拿出银行卡准备给他刷，他愣着那里和我说你没有消费不需要付费了，我真的无语，一个五星级酒店居然让这样水平的一个人在前台算帐？建议这家酒店高管好好对一下帐务，以免造成不必要的麻烦
