这属于强制性、我跟我朋友一起一人一间、在网上预定、我因为临时有事需要去外地一趟、请求退款、艺龙说需要酒店同意退款、这种预付的酒店住过很多次、好几次因为临时改变行程退款、其他酒店都退了、这个酒店缺强制不退、后面我就给艺龙打电话说延期、本来是可以延期的、这个酒店缺强制驳回、不准延期！不人性化、服务态度差、尤其是前台的人 c，我到你们这里消费、不需要你们怎么怎么的、我态度好。可是你们态度却很差、卫生间还有垃圾。和水渍、床单又明显没换个、我确实不知道该咋说了
