无论卫生，环境，设施，服务都是五星级的！尤其是服务非常体贴，入住后发现服务员手写的贴心管家字条和小礼品，感觉非常温馨！由于第二天早晨的航班，没时间吃早餐，退房时还特意打包了早餐！服务非常细致，周到！十分推荐！谢谢你们，为你们点赞！

第二次入住温州香格里拉酒店了，周边环境变化很大，瓯江风景很美，酒店的设施、卫生、餐饮都很好，但正好碰上了一个600多人的所谓心理辅导团，男女老少幼，早餐和酒店的环境就有点闹哄哄，建议此类团队的早餐应单独设厅，否则一定会影响其他客人。

酒店离市中心有点路。硬件很棒，服务也不错，但比起其他香格里拉的酒店，服务还有待提高。早餐不错。中餐厅的餐食做的很棒，以后去还会选择入住的
