温州的威斯汀酒店应该是所有威斯汀当中最差的吧，这个不怪酒店，因为温州的酒店其实都不咋样，星级里面最烂的应该就是瓯北的铂尔曼了。相比起铂尔曼的价格算是良心了，跟铂尔曼比的各个方面比铂尔曼都好太多。酒店位置不错，景观也不错，但是就性价比稍微差了点。

对这家酒店的期望值挺高的，但体验感实际上并不好。尤其是早餐的餐厅，大部分的桌椅、餐盆、餐具早已经旧了，坏了，还都不换，品种也不丰富，一点都不符合国际型酒店舒适体验的管理要求。和香格里拉酒店比较，威斯汀酒店的服务差距不只是一丁半点的。如果香格里拉可以给90分，那么威斯汀最多也就65分吧。香格里拉酒店的服务会关心备至，标准细致入微。温州威斯汀酒店，除了位置，除了设计，酒店设施的保养、维护、改进提升，还有服务理念，服务内容，服务态度的要求都太差了。虽然是疫情管理，香格里拉、万豪，包括温州国际大酒店健身房都是标准开放的，温州威斯汀直接就锁门了。这不是扯蛋吗？
