第一位置很好，周边到五马街，开太，银泰百货都很近。设施也齐全，自动窗帘是亮点吧，虽然用处不大，热水和空调都不错。早餐品种比较多的，而且楼下一二层都有餐厅，价钱还可以，图方便的时候完全可以在酒店吃。总体推荐

非常非常满意的体验，通过艺龙联系到酒店，确认了没有双床房，晚上很晚才到店，只能订了个大床房3人住。酒店前台在开好房间后主动帮忙调整换了个更高价格的双床房，并不需多余的费用，非常感谢酒店的人性化。。设施环境工作人员的服务态度都很好，五分推荐。已经住过两次了，下次到温州就只认定此家。。谢谢你们。新年快乐

已经在这家酒店住过很多次了，出行来说也很方便，周边用餐购物很方便，几乎每次来温州都住在这里。酒店房间整洁，设施也完善，服务人员态度很好，早餐餐厅的自助餐也很不错，味道也可以，特别是现在两楼餐厅有粤式点心非常不错，值得推荐！下次还会选择入住的！

酒店非常舒适，设施都很新，免费升级了房型是个惊喜，电动窗帘、咖啡机、传真一体机都是亮点，配套很齐全，服务细致到位，送了水果，酒店地理位置好，很值得推荐去~
