1、晚上10点半到，两个服务员 讲了两遍话都没理 低头忙其它。
2 、卫生间的百叶窗是坏的 拉不上 我是男同志 无所谓 还是10楼
3、起来吃早饭 吃碗粉 厨师直接下手给你抓 没用工具 没带手套 抓起来下锅了....去打饮料 他们工作人员在那里在喝...
4、早上退房、同样的事、说开发票，两个服务员、说两遍没人理
5、我经常出差、很少评论、这次实在无语、
