虽然地理位置并不优越，这是本人所住过最满意的酒店。硬件设施就不用提了，从细节可以体现出其超高的服务水平：为儿童提供牙刷和拖鞋，并赠送小玩具;每天赠送水果和睡前牛奶;在吃自助早餐时，原以为像其他酒店一样小孩需要收费，工作人员却表示不用。尤其令我们感动的是，在办理入住时儿子对前台工作人员佩戴的工作勋章很好奇，随口问了一下那是什么，结果主管叶小姐专门到房间送了一枚给他。
儿子说以后出来玩，住酒店首选云天楼。

酒店环境很好，房间干净整洁！设施都比较新的哦！酒店服务人员都很热情，看见我们带着孩子，特别安排比较好的房间，还送来儿童拖鞋跟沐浴露，很周到。傍晚还有水果送。很推荐这家呢！对了，早餐很丰富，以后还来这家！

酒店服务不错 环境不错的 房间里也有电脑 就是电脑关机后所有的东西都不会保存的 如果办公的话 一定要注意保存好 酒店里面的餐厅里面的菜也很好吃哦 价格不会太高 我们三个人吃大概两百多左右 酒店的装修还挺新的
