1.住的7楼，房间特别吵，楼上一直有说不清的声音；2.房间里牙刷套装居然是空的，空的，两个都是空的，还好自带牙刷了；3.早餐特别好，能赶上差点的五星水平了；4.房间点餐不能开房费发票。
