酒店服务员是最值得好评的，大堂 餐厅的都很耐心。环境很好，温泉池子好多，可以美美的泡半天 。对面的栈道景区不用另买票，傍晚景区下班后可以直接进去散步。 美中不足是远离镇上，要前台叫车才能出入，还有就是蟑螂多了点。

酒店在五大连池景区，环境很美，晚上带着孩子泡的温泉，第一次泡温泉很舒服，酒店前台的经理人很好，服务态度特别棒，有机会还会住。
