酒店坐落景区核心二池与三池，去景区非常方便，酒店人员服务态度很好，餐厅晚餐也很好，很满意。有条件的应该去玩一次，蓝天白云阳光空气质量非常好，夏季凉爽。

位置非常棒！酒店设施也很好，服务员们也很努力。只是酒店制度和规范没有到位，没有以服务客人为中心，比如常常关空调，前后台沟通不到位，电梯还老坏，服务员还要总是请示领导，有点与收费不配。

挺不错的酒店，去过几次五大连池风景区，就担心住的问题，这回还好住得全家都开心，这里我感觉是五大连池最好的酒店了，以后在去还会住在这里。并且服务也好，给我们房间升级了，房间里纪念品赠送，走时又送给我们五大连池的带汽矿泉水。酒店周边风景优美，安静，非常好……愉快的一次家庭旅行，得到大家对我此次订酒店成功的赞赏，就是早餐在好些会更完美。

该酒店房內装修陈旧，但软件很好，每个工作人员都很热情，使住客心情娱乐。酒店的饭菜做的好吃，特别是河鱼没有一点土腥味不容易，我们连吃二天晚饭。稍有不足的中午起至整晚无电视信号，很不舒服！
