环境是非常好的，听说毛主席都来了46次了，可是遗憾的是服务真心一般，门前的服务生聊天傻站，前台效率低，态度一般，真浪费了好酒店，不能只做政府接待单位吧，还得赚市场的钱对不？

酒店地理位置极好，环境在国内算是顶级了。毛主席老人家看中的地方，南山紧邻梅岭，安静、高度绿化、舒适。房间舒适、大气。餐饮可选择很多地方，食材上等、味道极佳。特别推荐沁香斋和茶社。性价比很不错的大型酒店。唯一一点还需改进的，就是服务员不够热情，特别是水榭服务质量，还需提高。
