这是给艺龙这家公司的评价。同样的房型，我提前一周预定的价格是768元，我到了以后想加一间的价格如图是580元。我打电话给艺龙客服，艺龙客服居然不承认有580元的价格，只重复一句“订单没有问题”。我回敬她一句“你瞎了吗”。用了快二十年艺龙，从此以后一律酒店直接打电话预定，坚决不再用艺龙。
