一流的人文和自然园林环境，年轻的大堂副理还有工作热情和礼貌，值得称赞。极不专业毫无礼貌的保安，估计是对领导的奴才嘴脸不会对普通宾客一样，想起池莉的关于东湖宾馆一中篇小说。近八百一晚的房间设施估计是武汉市最差，空调那啸声是把这当成呼啸山庄吗？目前状况下极不推荐，但希望东湖宾馆更好。

酒店不值这个价，太热了，酒店里面绿化也不好！最坑的是那个168元一个人的自助餐，都没什么吃的，就几个中式菜和一点糕点。厨师的手艺太差
