可惜了这么好的位置，酒店设施很差，洗手间有浓的臭味，房间灯暗淡无光，以为景区安静，没想过往人声鼎沸无法让人安睡。旅舍般的设施四星的价格，让人无法理解的是居然还房间紧张，唉，还真是身在景区，皇帝的闺女不愁嫁呀。

本来这次入住是想在周末休整一下，结果入住时预订好的二间豪华湖景房的其中一间被换成一般小房，但还想以豪华间收费？后与艺龙客服及前台交涉才退了部分款。而豪华湖景房灯光只有一小灯，房间昏暗，谈何讲豪华？与艺龙网上图片对比差别大！怎感觉是挂羊头卖狗肉！同比隔壁的东湖客舍豪华单间差不多的价格无论硬件还是软件差距太大！这种棋院就做点正事吧……！当然也请店家认真思考生存问题！及如何经营酒店？
