下午刚入住的时候很不愉快，前台惜字如金，八十年代国营招待所的态度，进房间后无线网络不能用，要出门居然锁不上门～晚上回来后问题解决，除了前台那个姑娘，其他工作人员还是挺友好的

酒店外部环境很好，就在东湖景区内。住了2晚，一晚湖景一晚豪华套房，早上晨练的人吵杂喧闹，最让人受不了的是没有网络，问总台说一直在维修，看前面的评价维修几个月了，感觉没有东湖宾馆好，下次还住那里算了。套房800元一晚，那个卫生间真小，不值。倒是窗景不错。

我已经连续三年来东湖度假，都是住在棋院，酒店最近装修过，被子特洁白干净，特别有情趣的是房价的大床，象摇篮一样很惬意享受；周边环境就不用说了，开窗出门都是景；吃的也都不错，不想出大门景区里面有几家饭店包括棋院的饭都不错，就是小贵，如果想散散步的话到东湖门口右侧就有几家土菜馆，味道不错，价格就便宜多了；交通贴士：我是要到高铁站的，出了景区大门就是车站，坐14路公交到民主路洪山体育馆下车坐地铁4号线，到高铁终点站就好。好了，心得仅供大家参考。
