在同城艺龙上定的，看评价可以才定的，到酒店办理手续，等了近20分钟不说，到房间一看，简直糙心情，窗户小得可怜，房间一股发霉的味道，根本就不够四星的标准，让换一间，说没有，有也是一样的房型，。让退也退不了，说这个网站跟他们不是合作方，要在网上联系客服，打客服的电话，说明原因也退不了，他们压根儿都没有跟酒店打电话确认就让我低价转让，转让还收10个点的手续费，即使我低价转让6、7个小时也无人问津，真是坑，以后果断弃用微信的酒店预定服用了，经常出差的亲****，**要靠谱点，这家酒店以后再也不会去的，差到无语

服务态度不太好，安排的房间窗户特别小，问她换一间，骗我说都一样，我记得以前住过窗口是大的光线好，最后几度要求才给换个大窗的！
