酒店早餐也好差，不想一个4星酒店。一般4星酒店服务意识比较强，这个酒店就不行。卫身也差，最关键的是，昨天晚上我特意去前台说了下，明天我6点钟退房帮我把票提前开出来，结果退房的时候就帮我开了一天的房费，这个要是没有细看不就弄错了吗？况且这一大早的赶时间。还有的就是4星酒店尽然没有早餐外带，那你算什么4星酒店。不推荐朋友们住。经常出差对比了下。供大家参考。

对于住客将吃剩的快餐放在楼道的提醒不足，非常容易招老鼠和蟑螂。游泳池很棒，如果晚上能到10点就好了，早上没必要7点就营业。

墙纸发霉。服务也不行。打电话借红酒杯。服务直接说没有。你们不是有餐厅吗。怎么可能没有。借透明胶也说没有……你们前台难道不用这些工具。我还坐个的士去超市买红酒杯……只想说你们酒店稀烂。价格跟对面兆瑞差不多。可是不管环境服务都没有兆瑞好
