酒店环境不错，服务很好，有点偏的，房间安静，卫生。阳台可见湖景，很多在跑歩的人，湖还有荷花。除了早餐咖啡不怎样。其他都挺好的。

整体环境和配套设施都很好。只是点餐的时候不愉快。点了两份餐，一份竟然忘了做。想必是中餐厅和西餐厅之间的沟通问题。希望改进

还不错！孩子们玩得很开心，就是时间太短，没有把园区逛完。个人建议最好给浴缸配一次性浴缸膜。
