我是本地人，因为家里停水，又种草了这个酒店，所以干脆带娃来住一天。今天退的房，退房时间太长了，而且居然怀疑我拿了房间里的漫画书！请问我拿你们的漫画书干嘛，我家一大堆，住你们酒店不是为了破漫画书的，花一千五百五百房费就为了破漫画书？？？麻烦你们自己的清洁师傅自己找找，好好找找，不要没找一下就来质问！ 你们这个服务和态度，我就不会再来第二次！身边的朋友要来，我也会如实の把这个经历酱给他们听！

房间空调不行，换了间房，卫生状况很差，阳台，户外窗台上全是昆虫尸体，很难想象是五星级酒店，最不能接受的是从开业到现在通过第三方订的酒店不能算会员积分。为什么会员拿的价格没第三方酒店好？
