累了一天回到房间，发现没有打扫。理由是免打扰灯开启了，但明明房间的空调是关着的，回去后就自动打开了？非常诡异。
处理过程，酒店也一再找理由解释，体验很差。
如果是免打扰灯打开，应该是不小心碰到的。门口一共2个紧挨着的开关，按哪个，房间灯都不会关掉。是不是容易误操作？
